An unexpected encounter with girl named Rose

A few months back I received a link to a youtube video in an email from one of my best friends seventotheone. The video was titled: I got a cold the freakin musical. Which introduced me into the world of randytaylor69. This smart, super cool girl with a hardened attitude and awesomely fucked up sense of humor. I found it funny how people would try to figure her out and get the back story because no normal person would do and say these things. They of course have to be messed up. Her videos were entertaining and made me laugh so I subscribed to her account.

A couple of weeks ago I took a trip to Barcelona with 5 friends to go ride.
Walking out of our room one evening about to head downstairs I catch a glimpse of a girl blur past me with blue/purple coloured hair. She said something quietly which I deciphered a few seconds later to be a soft "hey" Not paying any attention I walked on and headed downstairs to the front desk. After talking to a member of the hostel staff, I see this girl again. This time walking into the kitchen area as I'm heading back upstairs. Wait, I recognise this girl. No way.
A little while later I'm in the computer room checking my email and thinking it would be cool to say hi, but I shouldn't mention anything. Then as I'm leaving the room I bump into her on the stairs and think to myself, you know what, I wanna see how she'll react.
So I ask: Are you Rose?
Rose: Yeah (with a surprised look)
Me: I've seen your videos on youtube
Rose: What the fuck (now with the look of stalker alarms going off)
Feeling so lame I quickly apologised for freaking her out and we got talking for a while. It's weird because here I am with a kinda sense that I know this person and she doesn't have a fucking clue who this random guy is talking to her and probably wants to run away.
But I'm glad she didn't. Pleasure meeting and talking to you Rose.
Life presents you with the most unexpected of events sometimes that are hard to pass off as coincidence.
